You will be the go-to person for planning, resourcing, and managing the day-to-day financial aspects of our projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and profitably.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCoordinate project resources, logistics, and monitor project progress.\nSchedule meetings and appointments between clients and our Ecologists.\nManage resource planning, including third-party suppliers and subcontractors.\nMaintain project records using our project management software.\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their expectations are met.\nSupport senior management in securing new work, especially for large and complex projects.\nProactively identify and manage project risks, taking decisive action when needed. \n\nWhat You Bring:\n\nStrong experience in project coordination within a support setting.\nKnowledge of environmental or ecological principles is desirable.\nProven ability to manage project budgets, including invoicing and resource planning.\nFamiliarity with project management software and Microsoft Office applications.\nExcellent communication skills and a logical, analytical approach to problem-solving.\nA degree or equivalent in a business or management-related subject is preferred. \n\nYour New Adventure Awaits!\nJoin us in shaping the future of sustainable development.
