I am currently looking for a Technical Programme Manager on an initial 6 month contract. The Technical Programme Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the technical workstream of a large Transformation Programme. This position involves ensuring that project teams adhere to project governance and meet established standards and milestones. You must have Microsoft Dynamics implementation experience. You will be expected to go into the office 2 days per week. Paying up to £700 Outside IR35. Responsibilities for the Technical Programme Manager: Define, manage, and lead the technical workstream, leveraging standard methodologies and techniques to drive programme delivery. Produce and maintain an overall technology programme plan, managing the delivery and implementation of target outcomes. Manage third-party suppliers to deliver solutions as outlined in the statements of work. Ensure technology solutions comply with internal policies, regulations, and industry standards. Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership stakeholders and third parties to ensure alignment. Plan and ensure resource availability to deliver project tasks and activities. Manage changes in project scope, completing and evaluating change control impact assessments. Oversee workstream risk and issue management throughout the programme. Provide transparent reporting on the technical programme status to the steering group. Manage the IT budget, providing accurate financial tracking and forecasting. Serve as the escalation point for day-to-day project challenges and concerns. Key skills for the Technical Programme Manager: Extensive programme management experience. Microsoft Dynamics implementation experience. Ability to interpret technical terminology for stakeholders. Experience with project finance controls, evidence of budgetary responsibility, and control processes. Proven experience in managing teams sourced from multiple departments/disciplines. Ability to mentor and provide guidance to the project management team.
