The shift pattern is Early-0800-1400 and Late 1600-2200 over a seven day rota and we have part time hours available (36 hours) Where would I be working? Base: Walton Hospital, Chesterfield Area Covered: Chesterfield/North East Derbyshire Working in this team means you will need be able to meet the travel requirements of going to people's homes. This will require you have a UK driving license and access to a vehicle. DCHS has a mileage policy and car lease scheme available to support our staff. Main duties of the job The successful candidate is expected to work and document to a high standard and work in a way that reflects the DCHS values. To maintain standards, ensuring quality of patient care through the development of a range of knowledge and competencies to support clinicians. To assist all clinicians in delivering agreed programmes of treatment and care where appropriate and work as an effective member of the wider multi-disciplinary team.
