Sales Manager / Team Leader
Clearwater People Solutions is currently hiring an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing IT and Business Solutions recruitment team based in Crawley, West Sussex.
This role offers a unique opportunity to grow and develop the Sales team and would suit an experienced Sales Manager looking to advance their career or a Recruitment Team Leader looking to step into a management role.
Your Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* Take accountability for sales success through being responsible for driving sales and business development and report ongoing progress to the wider business.
* Oversee your direct reportees for the duration of their employee life cycle.
* Design and implement strategic business plans each quarter that expand the company’s client and candidate base and ensures a strong presence within our key markets.
* Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
* Forecast and track client account metrics.
* Maintaining client, investor and other business stakeholder relationships
* Becoming a subject matter expert on the company’s business products, processes and operations and remaining up to date on industry news
* Highlight any hiring requirements or other assistance needed within the team in a timely manner to meet set targets.
* Advertise, screen, recruit and interview for internal hires. Ensure any decisions made on who to hire are fair and appropriate to the culture here at Clearwater.
* Inspire and motivate team members with regular encouragement, keep the enthusiasm going and providing individual coaching and support where needed.
* Sell Clearwater recruitment services, pitching products and services to potential clients and offering new services to existing clients.
* Prepare product pitches and presentations to market and advertise the company to potential clients.
* Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients new and existing.
* Operate as a point of contact and generate vacancies from clients consistently.
Person Specification:
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing sales teams to exceed revenue and growth targets.
* Strong personal sales record with evidence of achieving and surpassing targets in a B2B environment.
* Ability to develop and implement effective strategies, forecast, and budgets to drive revenue growth.
* Proven ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
* Passionate about people, recruitment, and delivering excellent service to clients and candidates alike.
* Strong relationship-building skills with clients and key stakeholders.
* In-depth knowledge of recruitment agency operations, challenges, and opportunities.
