Salary: £26,000 pro-rated
Job Description
We’re seeking a proactive and well-organised Administrator to become a key part of our team. This role plays a crucial part in keeping daily operations running smoothly, providing vital support across different business functions, and ensuring outstanding service for both internal teams and external contacts.
Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:
* Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
* Respond to and manage incoming enquiries, following through from initial contact to resolution.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery and business success.
* Assist with scheduling, organising meetings, and coordinating events.
* Maintain and update records and databases, ensuring data remains accurate and easily accessible.
* Support logistical operations, including travel coordination and venue arrangements as required.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
