Client Development Manager Reporting into the Client Development Director we are searching for a team member to join us as a Client Development Manager. This role requires weekly travel in-patch; across Wales, London, the Home Counties and South Western Counties. Can you say yes? What you'll be doing: As a Client Development Manager, you will develop and strengthen relationships while securing national client supply deals for Knauf, working closely with regional sales teams to secure regional supply agreements. This includes partnerships with volumetric modular builders, timber and steel panelized frame producers, SIP panel manufacturers, and infill panel manufacturers. You are expected to manage existing agreements and ensure effective supply relations. Additionally, you will focus on building a stronger interface with other Knauf companies to offer unique and innovative solutions to clients. Main Responsibilities: Build strong relationships and secure national supply deals for Knauf. Identify and engage key customers, including Main Contractors and Offsite/MMC sector across the UK & Ireland. Establish mutually beneficial partnerships within the Offsite/MMC market by demonstrating value. Leverage market knowledge and customer insights to identify product development opportunities that align with the Knauf NPD process. Collaborate closely with commercial and business development teams to support framework and offsite agreements. Maintain strong market awareness to identify business development opportunities, coupled with effective sales and negotiation skills to close deals and foster long-term business. Cultivate and sustain high-quality client partnerships, manage project specification pipeline data to ensure information is cascaded effectively, and deliver on agreed strategies and budgets.
