The clinical facilities are world-leading, with 24 single occupancy rooms across our two sites; a clinically led design centered around infection control and patient experience.
Main duties of the job
The post will be based at Sunderland Royal Hospital, but the postholder will work (including out of hours) both on this site and in South Tyneside District Hospital. All out of hours activity will be in critical care medicine, with a daytime commitment of approximately 10 weeks p.a. Respiratory duties will depend in part on the interests of the successful applicant and the needs of the service.
Further detail about the post and indicative job plan can be found in the job description. Interviews are planned for April 7th 2025.
