As a Quality Excellence Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence across our global quality landscape, from Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Pharmacovigilance (GVP) to Medical Device Regulations (MDR) and beyond. Different roles are available to successful candidates, one of which includes Global Process Ownership for managing unplanned Quality Events. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance outcomes, productivity, and efficiency across Product Development Quality (PDQ)
* Provide quality data to meet regulatory requirements while generating insights to catalyze key decisions
* Manage large-scale projects in international, multicultural matrix environments, ensuring alignment across the business
* Design and maintain methodologies for data analytics and regulatory compliance tools
* Drive knowledge management and organizational learning to deliver sustainable improvements
* Apply systems-thinking and strategic collaboration to streamline and accelerate quality outcomes
* Contribute to portfolio management, capability development, and the nurturing of organizational quality skills
Who You Are
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Strong technical expertise in areas like GCP, GVP, MDR, SaMDs, QMS, or Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM)
* Skilled in Portfolio Management methodologies and / or developing learning strategies to drive organisational capability development
* Proven ability to lead large, complex projects while fostering effective decision-making and collaboration
* Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability in challenging situations
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement, influencing, and negotiation
* Digital and data-literate, with the ability to apply insights for impactful outcomes
