About the Role
We seek a highly organised and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our growing team of legalisation consultants. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of client documents for international use. You will be the client's primary point of contact, helping them through the complex document authentication process and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client interactions from initial inquiry to document completion, providing clear and concise guidance.
* Review and assess client documents to determine the appropriate authentication and legalisation requirements.
* Provide accurate quotes, manage bookings, and ensure timely service delivery.
* Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and document progress.
* Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and consulates as needed (travel within London is required).
* Maintain quality control of prepared documents.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
* Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal procedures and processes.
* Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a consultancy or service-oriented environment.

* The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
