Promote, demonstrate, educate and encourage excellence in non-technical skills including high quality, effective communication skills within the ED. Communicate with a wide range of staff using a variety of methods to promote and deliver educational opportunities. Promote educational activities and programmes and act as point of contact within the organisation for queries and advice relating to these. Work closely with leaders and managers across the organisation to plan and deliver programmes to meet the educational needs of our clinical staff. Act as a role model for staff members by demonstrating and displaying the trust values.
