The Role
As our Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll lead inbound demand generation, creating standout marketing campaigns to attract new partners across:
Build-to-Rent
Lettings & Estate Agents
Direct to BTL Landlords
The Wider UK Rental Market
You’ll take full ownership of our B2B marketing strategy, boosting brand awareness, strengthening partner engagement, and exploring direct-to-landlord and tenant marketing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Generation & Demand Creation
* Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive new partner acquisition.
* Utilise paid, earned, and owned media to generate high-quality leads.
* Implement digital strategies, including SEO, content marketing, PPC, and email marketing.
Brand & Social Media Growth
* Own and scale our B2B social media presence (especially LinkedIn).
* Explore direct-to-landlord and tenant communication strategies.
* Establish Zero Deposit as an industry thought leader.
* Create engaging content across consumer & business audiences.
* Manage our PR agency and identify key PR opportunities.
* Define & manage awards submissions to raise brand visibility.
* Stay ahead of industry trends & competitors to identify strategic opportunities.
Sales Enablement & Partner Communications
* Develop marketing collateral, case studies, and toolkits to support Sales & Partnerships. ,
* Create automated email campaigns to boost partner engagement & activation.
Performance Tracking & Optimisation
* Track, measure, and analyse the impact of marketing activities.
* Continuously optimise campaigns based on data-driven insights.

About You
Who You Are
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in PropTech, FinTech, B2B SaaS, or property.
Proven success in lead generation, digital marketing & brand building.
Strong expertise in content marketing, paid media & social media growth.
Creative yet data-driven – able to execute, test, and iterate quickly.
A strong content writer with great attention to detail.
