Hours - 37 per week Sandwell Children’s Trust has a permanent opportunity for a Service Support Officer within the MASH Service to provide Business Admin Support throughout the service. As a Service Support Officer working in the Trust you will: - The role is to support front line Duty Social Workers and Managers with all aspects of administration. The role includes monitoring the referral inbox, triaging the referrals and adding all required referrals to social care system. The candidate will also be responsible for processing referrals from the Domestic Abuse agenda, EHCP, supporting Early Help referrals, compiling feedback letters, call handling and message taking, dealing with incoming and outgoing post. The candidate will be required to support with minute taking of complex child focus meetings. The Candidate be responsible for setting up and issuing IT equipment and supporting new employees with the use of equipment and using the in-house Children’s system to obtain information and uploading documents to Children’s records. What you need to be successful in this role: Will hold NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent. Be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a business admin role. You need to be IT literate with experience of using Microsoft Office packages. Have good communication and telephone skills. Have good organisational skills and ability to prioritise your own workload. You must also be able to work independently and work well as part of a team.
