The Role as a Graduate Town Planner:
As a Graduate Town Planner, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality planning services. You'll collaborate with an experienced team to support a wide variety of projects, contributing to strategic business development and enhancing the company's profile.
Key Responsibilities as a Graduate Town Planner:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high service standards.
Conduct research and site appraisals for an array of projects.
Prepare and submit planning appraisals, applications, and appeals.
Draft Local Plan representations.
Attend site visits and meet with clients.What We're Looking For:
RTPI or RICS accredited degree (or related discipline).
Experience in a commercial planning environment is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solid understanding of planning regulations and processes.
