Parts & Retail Salesperson – Framlingham, Suffolk
We are seeking a dedicated Parts & Retail Salesperson to join are clients Framlingham showroom in Suffolk. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and rewarding environment, assisting customers with parts, hardware, clothing, and Groundcare machinery sales. You will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service while managing retail sales, handling inquiries, and supporting internal workshop technicians with parts identification.
Salary: Competitive DOE plus overtime.
Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday), plus Saturday mornings on a rota.
Overtime: Paid at time and a half after 39 hours.

Provide exceptional customer service in the showroom and over the phone.
Assist customers with purchases, including parts, hardware, clothing, and machinery.
Support internal workshop technicians with parts identification.
Manage goods receiving and distribution of orders.
Handle cash, card, and cheque payments with accuracy and attention to detail.
Contribute to achieving sales targets and goals.Essential Skills & Experience
Knowledge of agricultural and horticultural equipment and parts (preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication skills, both in person and via phone or email.
Previous retail experience or showroom experience is desirable.
Strong computer skills, including email and internet use.
Sales experience or knowledge of Groundcare and agricultural machinery is advantageous.
Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
A team player who can also work independently with initiative.
Smart and presentable appearance with a professional attitude.
Full UK driving license.
