Strategy Execution: Work with the Account Director and Account Executive to deliver on the strategy and ensure key goals are achieved. Campaign Execution: Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing. Data Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide insights to optimise marketing efforts and achieve KPIs. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our creative and digital marketing partners to ensure the seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximise ROI. Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to clients on campaign performance and ROI. Client Education: Educate clients on marketing best practices and new opportunities to enhance their marketing efforts. Client Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand our services within existing client accounts. Qualifications: Experience in recruitment or a similar B2B sales environment. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or professional qualification equivalent such as CIM. Proven experience in marketing management, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools. A collaborative and team-oriented mindset. Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
