Are you a dynamic and ambitious individual looking to make a positive impact on students' education and give them every chance to build a successful future? We are thrilled to be offering an exciting opportunity as a Behaviour Mentor within one of our excellent alternative provisions.
You will work closely with students to identify and address their individual needs, providing guidance and support to help them develop positive relationships and behaviours. Your role will involve:
* Building strong relationships with students and staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment
* Providing guidance and support to help students develop positive relationships and behaviours
* Working closely with teachers and other support staff to identify and address individual student needs
* Developing and implementing strategies to promote positive behaviour and reduce challenging behaviour
