Act as a subject matter expert in UK Transfers and associated systems. Manage client relationships to uphold SLAs and maintain transparent communication. Accurately maintain internal records and systems. Respond promptly to queries from front office and client services teams. Identify weaknesses in internal controls and recommend improvements. Support the collation of MI data for Transfers In functions and escalate issues as necessary. Contribute to project-related work as needed. Essential Skills: Strong knowledge of Wealth Management principles, operations, and Transfers processing. Detail-oriented and customer-focused, delivering high-quality services.
