We are seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join our well-established law firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled paralegal to work on a broad range of private client matters, supporting fee earners and providing an exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with the preparation of Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
2. Supporting in the administration of estates, including probate applications and inheritance tax calculations.
3. Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
4. Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other third parties professionally and efficiently.
5. Managing case files and maintaining accurate records.
Key Requirements:
1. A minimum of 1 years' of experience as a Private Client Paralegal.
2. Strong knowledge of Wills, Trusts, Probate, and LPAs.
3. Excellent client care skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to manage a busy caseload and work independently.
5. Strong communication and organisational skills.
6. Experience with case management systems is desirable.
