If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant with a strong understanding of how a Outpatient team operates then we could have just the role for you
What you'll be doing
You will be a vital member of the outpatient team. You provide providing clinical and non-clinical support within the Unit, ensuring that all patients are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner, which endorses the patient centred approach of the team.
You will provide a professional and patient focused clinical and administration and reception tasks, supporting the clinical team within the unit under the direction of a professionally qualified worker
As a Outpatient HCA you will participate administratively in referring patients to other areas of health care for further medical assessments or investigations by ensuring Consultants complete request forms correctly and also Participate in the assessment of patient visiting the department pre or post operatively.
