About the Role
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in our senior management team, leading strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue across all channels. You will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and managing corporate & MICE business, ensuring we maximise yield and achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed budgeted revenue targets.
* Own and monitor sales performance, ensuring short, medium, and long-term strategies are in place.
* Identify and manage corporate & MICE business across multiple market sectors and geographic territories.
* Collaborate with venue and central marketing teams to ensure all promotional content is up to date across all channels.
* Actively engage in client visits, arrange and host FAM trips, conduct client show rounds, execute telesales and email campaigns, and participate in sales blitzes.
