The trust seeks a leader with a strong understanding of education and finance, including planning and tracking finances, managing financial risk and opportunities, and audit and risk in the academy sector.
Key responsibilities include driving evidence-informed school improvement, championing collaborative working and professional development, and managing finances and risk in a growing Multi-Academy Trust (MAT).
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the academy sector, education and finance, and be able to work with the trust board, directors and other stakeholders to achieve excellent educational outcomes.
