Role Purpose:
MetaGedu Apprenticeships, part of Global Education (GEDU), is at an exciting place right now as we aim to establish ourselves as one of the leading providers of apprenticeships in the UK. In this role, you will play a key part in this journey – focusing on generating leads and engaging employers to harness the potential of apprenticeships.
You will work closely alongside the CEO and Sales teams to identify, implement, and execute marketing strategies that drive employer engagement. Your primary focus will be on lead generation through targeted marketing channels such as LinkedIn, webinars, e-shots, and more. You will also coordinate administrative activity with our operational team based in Noida, India.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation and employer engagement, including LinkedIn, webinars, e-shots, and other digital channels.
* Plan and manage events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote MetaGedu Apprenticeships and attract potential employers.
* Produce targeted marketing and sales collateral (e.g., brochures, leaflets, posters, stands, and digital assets) to support lead generation efforts.
* Collaborate with the CEO and Sales team to ensure seamless integration of marketing and sales activities, supporting the planning and delivery of digital campaigns.
* Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns against agreed targets (ROI and KPIs) and make recommendations for future activities.
* Write detailed reports on marketing performance and work with the Sales team to ensure effective follow-up on leads for optimal results.
* Utilise a CRM system to drive data-driven decisions, ensuring all data and contact details are kept up to date to maximise impact and engagement with employers.
* Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to enhance employer engagement.
* Collaborate with agencies (including the team in Noida), internal content production teams, and other partners to execute marketing strategies.
* Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in lead generation and employer engagement through targeted marketing strategies.
* Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
* Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in integrated marketing and measurement.
* Essential experience in using a CRM system to drive lead generation and ensure data-driven decision-making.
* Experience in planning and managing events, conferences, and exhibitions.
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
* Understanding of the Apprenticeships sector and Employer engagement tactics.
