Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong experience in supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 applications and services.
* Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange Online administration.
* Experience with PowerShell scripting for Office 365 administration and automation.
* Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Defender, compliance policies, and security best practices.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
* Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator) are a plus.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Experience with hybrid Exchange environments.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
* Experience with Microsoft Teams administration and troubleshooting.
