Monitoring young person's ability to manage with every-day living, access education training or employment, tend to own self-care and health care needs. Promote independence. Requirements for you as a Youth Support Worker: Experience in youth work/keywork working with Children & Young people. Confident in working independently and being proactive. Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills. Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the update service. Be flexible with working hours.
