Responsibilities: - Act as a main point of contact for potential buyers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. - Promote and sell luxury lodges and barns to prospective customers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each property. - Conduct property tours and showcase the resort's amenities to potential buyers, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor sales presentations accordingly. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, including online and offline marketing campaigns. - Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings to provide accurate and insightful information to customers. - Assist in managing the sales process, from initial inquiry to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction for both the buyer and the resort. - Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the holiday home sales department. Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need - Previous experience in selling luxury lodges and barns, preferably within the hospitality industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential buyers. - Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Knowledge of luxury property market trends and an understanding of the holiday home industry. - Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent time management and organisational skills. - Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, as required.
