Murray Recruitment are currently recruiting permanent Customer Service Administrators for a nationwide Building Services firm in based North Lanarkshire.
Working within a busy team you will carry out all the document control and administration for works from inception to completion.
Duties:
Document Control
Call Handling
Logging works
Planning works
Sending quotes
Follow jobs through to completion
Updating systems with job report and fees
Invoicing jobs
Financial and operational reporting
Providing exceptional customer service to client
Experience:
Strong Administration and Customer Service experience
Good Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Coins experience desirable
Strong communicator
Ability to prioritise workload working on own initiative
Package:
Hours - Monday to Thursday between 08.30 - 17.00 and Friday 08.30 - 16.30 with one hour for lunch.
Holidays - 30 days including bank holidays.
Salary is dependent on experience.
