This is an exciting opportunity for a full-time (37.5 hours per week) post in the NWRSIC administration team.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide administrative support, resolving day-to-day problems, supporting inputting information, and running reports as required for bespoke project work. You must be proactive and able to cope well under pressure, possessing the ability to inspire and motivate others.
You will create strong partnerships and relationships with all stakeholders while supporting the development of collaborative working.
Person specification
Qualifications
* NVQ level 3 Business Administration or equivalent knowledge/experience
* European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) or equivalent
* Diploma level qualification or equivalent experience in an administrative field
* British Society of Medical Secretaries Diploma or Advanced AMSPAR Diploma
Knowledge
* Experience of communication with patients in an empathic, reassuring manner
* Experience of effectively communicating with external and internal stakeholders
* Extensive experience of team working
* Experience of working to deadlines
* Demonstrable experience of meeting organisation and minute taking
* Experience of administration/secretarial roles within a healthcare setting
* Previous experience of training or event organisation
* Previous PA experience

* Able to use own initiative and respond to new challenges
