For the successful Change Manager our client is offering:
1. Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 per annum
2. Site-based days role

The Role - Change Manager
9. Responsible for managing all variations to the project contract ensuring cost and time efficiency
10. To take supervised responsibility for the Client-side change management function.
11. To contribute to a result as agreed with local commercial management.
12. To protect the company's position throughout 360-degree relationships.
13. To carry out commercial tasks and present results in an orderly and accurate format.
14. Design, innovate, and influence solutions to best address inefficiencies.
15. Promote and drive continuous improvement.
16. Balance risk when considering innovative thinking and future possibilities.
17. Seek to learn from team members for the benefit of your own self-development.
18. Take personal responsibility for delivering services.
What our client is looking for in a Change Manager
19. 5+ years experience as a Change Manager within Civil Engineering/Construction - ESSENTIAL
20. Hold a change management qualification
21. Hold a current UK Driving Licence
22. Must have a detailed understanding of the general and specific
23. Be willing to go the extra mile for your customers.
24. Pursue a "can-do" attitude in all the work you can deliver.
