About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Peripatetic Care Assistant to join our teams across three of our care homes. This role involves working flexibly across the homes, supporting the teams where they need you most.
As a Senior Peripatetic Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You will also support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants
* Support the clinical team in specific areas
* Develop and implement care plans
* Contribute to the creation of a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment
About You:
* Hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
* Have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
* Be warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving individualised care and support
