Day-to-day of the role: Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support services including diary management, email management, agenda planning, minute taking, and organising meetings. Plan, develop, monitor, and review the use of financial resources to ensure efficient operation. Navigate and operate effectively within a political environment, understanding the nuances and requirements of working in local government. Produce routine and statistical reports, demonstrating strong literacy and numeracy skills. Deliver excellent customer service, acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Prioritise and manage workload to meet tight deadlines, maintaining high standards of work. Work flexibly and adaptably within a team, supporting team members and contributing to a positive working environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in providing administrative and executive support in a large organisation. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, capable of producing detailed reports and statistical information.
