We are currently looking for experienced Learning Disability Support Workers with UK-based learning disabilities care experience. Our Client is non-verbal, ASD, has drug-controlled epilepsy and requires a regular routine and core team to support.

You will need to offer:

Your Role:
As a Support Worker with Right at Home Tyneside, you’ll be doing far more than just fulfilling a role - you’ll be improving lives every day. Your main responsibility will be to provide personal care and support to our Client, ensuring they can live as independently as possible in the familiar surroundings of their own homes. You will also help with meal preparation, housekeeping, and social activities, whilst promoting a positive and nurturing atmosphere. Whether it’s assisting with a simple task or providing companionship, every action you take helps to enhance the quality of life for the Client in your care.
Requirements:
* A caring nature and a 'can-do' attitude with a passion for providing outstanding care
* Availability to work alternate weekends
* A full driver’s license and access to a vehicle
* Successful DBS check and suitable references
