As a Service Advisor, in Ruislip you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for managing the entire service process, from scheduling appointments to handling customer inquiries and ensuring timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Actively listen to customer concerns and needs, providing clear and informative explanations.
Manage customer expectations and keep them updated on service progress.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Efficiently schedule service appointments based on customer availability and technician workload.
Manage appointment changes and cancellations effectively.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of service orders and paperwork.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Promote additional services and products to enhance customer values
Cross-sell products and services to increase revenue
Collaborate effectively with other team members to provide excellent customer service.
Assist in training and mentoring new Service Advisors.Qualifications:
Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably as a Service Advisor.
