What will I be doing?
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute impactful marketing strategies, driving brand awareness and growth for our alternative brands, and GlampingStays. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a greenfield projec t, shaping and executing end-to-end marketing strategies across multiple channels, while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
This role requires a well-rounded, generalist marketer with strong experience in cross-channel marketing, brand positioning, and project management.
Key responsibilities
1. Brand development and strategy: Lead and develop marketing strategies to establish and grow our lifestyle accommodation brands.
2. Campaign management : Execute and oversee marketing campaigns across social media, PR, SEO, content, and events.
3. Agency and stakeholder management : Act as the key point of contact between agencies (social media, PR, SEO) and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
4. Website and content strategy: Oversee the content strategy for our brand websites, ensuring consistency and impact.
5. Performance analysis and optimisation: Use data-driven insights to measure ROI, refine strategies and identify new opportunities.
6. Creative and innovation: Bring creative ideas for go-to-market strategies, campaigns and partnerships, working closely with our in-house creative team.
7. Project management: Oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring deadlines are met across social, PR, digital marketing, and creative projects.
8. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders, including marketing leadership, property teams, and commercial managers, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

9. Previous experience in a marketing management role.
10. Strong cross-channel marketing experience (social, PR, SEO, content, events, performance marketing).
11. Experience working with agencies and managing external partnerships.
12. Ability to develop brand identity and positioning for new markets.
13. Proactive and adaptable with a can-do attitude.
14. Strategic and analytical mindset, able to measure and improve marketing performance.
15. Strong project management skills to juggle multiple workstreams effectively.
16. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
17. Creative thinker who can contribute ideas for innovative campaigns and partnerships.
18. Experience in UK travel, lifestyle, or hospitality marketing is a plus but not essential.
