SAP SuccessFactors Lead needed - Hybrid - Outside IR35
Job Summary:
The SAP SuccessFactors Lead Consultant will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes and a proven track record in SAP SuccessFactors modules, along with strong project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management).
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Design and configure SuccessFactors solutions to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and HR teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support post-implementation.
Stay up-to-date with SAP SuccessFactors updates and enhancements, providing insights on potential impacts to clients.
