Full time, Fixed Term for 7 months
We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator on a fixed term contract for 7 months.
What you will be doing:
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including candidate generation, candidate screening, assessment and selection, stakeholder and offer management
* Work closely with the Campaign Lead to create and deliver proactive and innovative sourcing strategies as appropriate
* Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, including swift feedback and timely offer generations
* Become a trusted recruitment source for hiring managers, building excellent relationships
* Take a proactive approach to visiting Site, job fairs and assessment centres, becoming a visible point of contact
* Take a hands-on approach to recruitment projects and initiatives
What you’ll need to do the role:
* Experience within a recruitment environment, either in-house, RPO or recruitment agency
* Strong communication and influencing skills
* Ability to deliver to tight timescales in a fast-paced recruitment environment
* A proactive approach to recruitment with solid attention to detail
* Demonstrable experience at building strong relationships with hiring managers
* Motivation and passion about delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
* Effective systems experience with exposure to applicant tracking systems
* Ability to travel to contract sites, job fairs and assessment centres
