This role will involve recruiting, training, and motivating multiple sales teams to achieve ambitious annual targets. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, set performance objectives, and ensure teams are fully equipped for success.To excel in this role, you will need outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, along with a proven ability to build strong customer relationships.
