You will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing proactive employee relations strategies, with a focus on conflict prevention and resolution, policy development, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
Your work will directly contribute to fostering an environment of mutual respect, open communication, and early resolution of workplace concerns. You will also support the development of a small team of Advisers, providing guidance and expertise to managers and key stakeholders across the University.

If you are a successful candidate and this position will be your first professional services role at the University / RWCMD (or you are currently employed by PSS Ltd), you will be employed by Professional and Support Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of South Wales, which provides services to the University and Colleges.
