* Agree additional charges for work outside of the agreed works to maximise potential opportunity.
* Tracking any changes to the design or construction work as required, whilst constantly monitoring budget.

You should hold a full UK Driving Licence and be happy to pass a security check ahead of employment, with the flexibility to attend site visits across the UK, which may occasionally include overnight stays. You should also be a UK resident as no VISA sponsorship will be offered in this role.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an excellent basic salary of up to £60,000 plus car allowance, 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays (+ buy and sell holiday opportunities), a highly attractive pension scheme, plus many other additional benefits.
