Job Description
VBE Restorations Ltd is a specialist restoration company seeking an Office Manager to manage its office operations and provide administrative support to the Managing Director.
This is a varied role requiring an individual who can work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritise projects. The successful candidate will have experience with SAGE accounts, payroll, and PA duties.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
* SAGE Accounting: Maintaining sales and purchase ledgers, processing payment runs, and quarterly VAT returns.
* Payroll Administration: Managing monthly wage submissions, new starter packs, holiday entitlement, and sickness monitoring.
* PA Duties: Providing administrative support to the Managing Director, including diary management, minute-taking, and correspondence.
* Ordering and Procurement: Managing parts and consumable ordering, and ensuring accurate recording in SAGE.
Other key tasks include:
• Customs and Excise compliance
• Liaising with courier services
• Health and Safety monitoring
• Website maintenance and social media engagement
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a PA and experience with SAGE accounts. Knowledge of the automotive industry would be beneficial.
This role is based in an office environment, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with a salary range of £23,000 to £28,000 per annum.
