We are partnered with a high-growth SaaS organisation in the Energy sector who are growing their in-house consulting/project delivery team. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of your assigned project from start-up, through to execution and close-down, to the required standard of quality and within specified constraints of time and costs.
Responsibilities include:
* Full project lifecycle ownership, from inception to deployment and handover to BAU support.
* Client leadership through the project, providing expert guidance, advice and negotiation where required.
* Cost estimating and budget management.
* Construction of detailed work plans coupled with activity and resource planning.
* Communication of progress across all key internal and external stakeholders.
* Working with wider teams to deliver projects creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
What we are looking for:
* Knowledge of the Energy sector.
* Experience in managing and coordinating complex projects from inception to completion – delivering to time, quality and budget.
* Experience of delivering Agile SaaS projects is
* Experience of delivering tech-lead transformation projects is essential.
* Entrepreneurial mind-set and a good problem-solver, with a structured approach to formulate the best outcome.
* Happy being hands-on, working in an environment with changing priorities and deadlines
