IT Support Executive

Applause IT are hiring for an IT Support Executive for a prestigious luxury travel services company. This company has built a reputation for providing premium travel solutions to both business and leisure customers. They offer clients VIP amenities, upgrades, preferred rates, and exclusive experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide IT business support, ideally within the travel or GDS sector.
2. Manage MSP Level 2 service desk operations and oversee MAC-level projects.
3. Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, PowerShell, Windows Server & Hyper-V, Azure AD, Office 365, Exchange Server, and other MSP tools.
4. Ensure hardware setups, SCCM, patching, cabling, VPNs, and Sonic Wall are efficiently managed.
5. Exhibit excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills across all levels of the organization.
6. Be accountable for document control, IT hardware maintenance, regular backups, and system security checks.
7. Troubleshoot daily IT issues and manage projects to improve IT capabilities while maintaining budget compliance.
8. Provide on-call support for network-related issues, including out-of-hours support.
Skills and Qualifications:
9. Proven experience in technical roles providing IT business support.
10. Experience in the travel-related or GDS sector is preferred.
11. MSP Level 2 service desk experience.
12. Proficiency with MSP tools and technologies such as Active Directory, PowerShell, Windows Server, Hyper-V, Azure AD, Office 365, Exchange Server, Sonic Wall, Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, and SCCM.
13. Strong organizational and communication skills.
14. Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and use initiative to complete projects.
