As the Head of People Operations and Systems, you will own and optimise global people operations, HR systems, and reporting processes. You will lead the delivery of core HR services, enhance the employee experience, and ensure the effective utilisation of technology and data to generate insights into Man Group’s talented employees. Key Responsibilities: Operations Design and implement a global strategy for People Operations, focusing on delivering an excellent employee experience, as well as efficiency, robust controls, and ensuring alignment with Man Group’s growth ambitions Lead and develop the People Operations team who are based globally across London, the US and Bulgaria. Oversee the delivery of core People Operations functions, including employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, offboarding) and workforce administration Continually enhance and improve the end-to-end operational experience for employees globally. Systems Own and optimise the People technology stack, including Workday, Greenhouse and ServiceNow, ensuring systems meet functional business needs. Lead the transformation and optimisation of People systems, including configuration, reporting, security, access rights, and data integrity. Collaborate with the Corporate Technology team to scope, test, and implement technical aspects of People systems. Lead the evolution of the People intranet and employee support model, leveraging technology and design thinking to create an integrated, intuitive and engaging experience that enhances how we communicate with and empower our people globally Data and Reporting Lead global People reporting, including regular, ad hoc, and strategic reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Drive the adoption of HR analytics, developing dashboards and delivering actionable insights to support evidence-based decision-making. Present meaningful Management Information (MI), identify trends, and create engaging, interpretable visual data aids. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and compliance-related data requests. Develop and implement predictive analytics models to uncover trends, inform workforce planning, and enhance decision making across the organisation. Skills and Experience: Proven extensive experience in People Operations, HR Systems, or similar roles Deep expertise in Workday and operational process optimisation. Strong understanding of data flows, audits, and downstream impacts across HR systems. Experience managing global HR reporting, analytics, and dashboards to deliver strategic insights. Proficiency in advanced analytical techniques and data visualisation tools. Hands-on coding experience in Python, R or SQL, with the ability to apply data science approaching to HR challenges, such as predictive modelling, process automation or advanced reporting would be a distinct advantage Exceptional stakeholder management, with the ability to build partnerships across global teams and functions. Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with a track record of implementing large-scale operational transformations. Experience in a multinational, fast-paced organisation.
