ABOUT THE ROLE
* Ensure projects are led and fulfilled from order to full production
* Provide technically sound engineering solutions
* Achieve effective results and to resolve any potential problems or issues
* Main point of contact for designated blue-chip customers
* Manage customer requirements and expectations including variations from original order
* Prepare accurate timelines for all aspects of each project
* Progress the manufacture of all parts required to schedule
* Involvement in design and quotation process
ABOUT YOU
* Engineering qualification or good engineering background
* Knowledge and experience of AutoCAD and ERP manufacturing systems
* Experience of sheet metal fabrication
* Ability to communicate effectively both within the company and with external blue-chip customers.
* A flexible approach to be able to adapt to changing and challenging requirements
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
* Ability to remain focused on Quality and consistently reiterate its importance to others
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to generate innovative concepts and ideas
WORKING HOURS
* Monday – Friday
* 0800 – 1700 (0800-1600 Friday)
