What you’ll do
This is an exciting role, working across two well-established and highly experienced squads. The right candidate will have a natural eye for detail, able to collaborate and influence a wide range of stakeholders and bring teams together. They will be an ideas generator, passionate about driving results and testing new ways to optimise demand generation processes and marketing.
1. Develop and deliver retention activities to improve upgrade rate, upgrade POST MAF (value) handset and digital mix.
2. Lead, track and manage retention activities within retention optimisation squad, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time & quality assured.
3. Work with the wider Pay Monthly teams to identify areas of opportunity for revenue and margin uplift as well as opportunities to drive digital mix and/or churn objectives.
4. Weekly/monthly/annual forecasting and tracking of key KPIs, managing risks and opportunities into the wider commercial team.
5. Develop accurate business cases and forecasts for new opportunities, working with finance as a key stakeholder.
6. Work closely with channels and trading leads to forensically understand performance and implement recommendations.
Who you are
1. Extensive commercial experience (mobile telecoms preferable but not essential).
2. Campaign design and management, with good working knowledge of testing strategy approaches, campaign design and delivery.
3. Highly numerate and commercially minded. Proven ability to create & interpret complex commercial and financial analysis - financial modelling (Spreadsheet) is essential.
4. Track record of driving commercial performance in large organisations.
5. Extremely competent relationship building and effectively able to influence senior management.
6. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
