We are looking for an individual who has proven experience working in Accounts Payable, who also has a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. You will have the ability to problem solve and have strong investigation skills.
You will be joining a supportive and diverse team where you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your position and work closely with the wider finance operations team. You will be a strong communicator and have the ability to hit the ground running.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
* Accounts Payable – Invoice Processing
* Daily Reconciliations
* Direct Credits
* General Ledger Journals and Reconciliation
* Monthly Reports
* Accounts Payable Chart of Accounts
* Customer service and administration to the Finance Team
