Our client, a prominent distributor of well-known healthcare and beauty brands, is seeking a Client Manager to join their dynamic team. With a strong presence in the Grocery, Convenience, Wholesale, and Pharmacy channels, they have earned multiple accolades for their success and company culture. Due to the ongoing growth and achievements of the brands they represent, this exciting new role has been created to further strengthen client relationships and drive success.
Responsibilities
1. Proactively manage designated clients, serving as their key point of contact for all requirements.
2. Manage client trade objectives and develop trade marketing plans.
3. Chair regular review face-to-face meetings.
4. Collaborate with the National Account Managers and wider sales teams to develop category solutions and strategic brand/trade plans.
5. Coordinate range reviews and manage partnership marketing.
6. Oversee POSM materials and handle ad hoc merchandising and trade marketing activities.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in the FMCG industry.
2. Background in sales, trade marketing, category management, or insights.
3. Experience working with clients and a solid understanding of the grocery trade sectors, including multiples, convenience, and discounters.
4. Proficiency in working with market data from IRI/Nielsen is highly desirable.
5. Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office package and strong analytical abilities.
