If so, we want you to join us As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by generating new leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals with clients. Your self-motivation and tenacity will be critical to creating and maintaining a winning pipeline of opportunities and achieving business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and develop potential business leads through proactive outreach via phone calls, emails and campaigns. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring they understand the value of our apprenticeship training solutions. Pipeline Management: Proactively manage your sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and progress towards meeting targets. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and signing new clients. Client Retention: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure clients stay engaged and satisfied with our services. Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to adapt your sales strategy as needed. Who Were Looking For: Sales Driven: A highly motivated individual with a proven track record in telesales, preferably in a B2B environment. Self-Managed: Able to work independently, managing your own time and resources to achieve outstanding results. Tenacious: Determined and persistent, you have a natural ability to win clients over and close deals. Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
