Undertakingspecific clinical activities for named patients that have been delegatedand taught specifically in relation to that individual
Helpingto raise awareness of health and well-being and how it can be promoted
Assisting with the collection and collation of data on needsrelated to health and well-being

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Qualified in Phlebotomy
* Qualified in NVQ level 3
Experience
* Experience of working with EMIS web (clinical IT system)
* Experience of working with Docman (clinical correspondence system)
* Experience of working with MS Office (including Outlook, Word & Excel)
* Experience of working in an NHS GP surgery
* Experience of working in a health care setting
