The Role As a 2nd Line IT Support Analyst, you’ll be responsible for: Providing technical support for hardware, software, and networks. Troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues from 1st line support. Managing tickets effectively, ensuring timely resolutions. Supporting users remotely and on-site as needed. Assisting with IT projects, system upgrades, and deployments. Documenting solutions and contributing to the knowledge base. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a 2nd Line Support or IT Helpdesk role. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking. Experience with hardware troubleshooting and remote desktop tools. Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
