1. Service Coordinator role
2. Developing service contracts
3. Dealing with customers over the phone
4. Maintain service list and calendar, scheduling call outs for engineers
5. Maintain stock levels for engineers
6. Helping with service meetings
The successful Service Coordinator will have:
1. A background as a service coordinator / admin / parts advisor or similar
2. Experience with Microsoft 365 is essential
3. Must have experience within an engineering environment!
4. All backgrounds considered
5. Live commutable to Yeovil
